Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Bloemeo, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom embroidery) cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Exchanges

  • We offer only one free size exchange within Egypt for eligible items. Excluding shipping costs.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • If your desired size is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or issue store credit.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at care@bloemeo.com or message us on Instagram with your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
  • We’ll guide you through the next steps, including how to send your item back.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
